Maggi App & Website Redesign
TIME
ROLE
UX, UI, DESIGN SYSTEM
Presenting a fresh redesign of Maggi's website and mobile app, reimagined to enhance user experience, engagement, and functionality.
For my Maggi website and app redesign project, I took on the challenge of reimagining the brand’s digital experience to better align with the needs of modern users—especially busy college students, young parents, and health-conscious individuals. The goal was to simplify the user journey, enhance visual clarity, and promote Maggi’s diverse range of offerings beyond just noodles.
I started by analyzing the current site’s pain points—slow loading, cluttered layout, lack of recipe discoverability, and minimal interactivity. Using UX laws like Hick’s Law, Jakob’s Law, and the Law of Prägnanz, I identified where users felt overwhelmed or confused and designed solutions to reduce cognitive load and increase engagement.
Through proto-persona development, user journey mapping, and site architecture restructuring, I created a more intuitive flow that made recipe search easier, highlighted healthy product options, and offered quick access to commonly used features. Each touchpoint—from homepage to product sections—was designed with mobile responsiveness and accessibility in mind.
Throughout the redesign process, I focused on ensuring that the digital experience felt intuitive, welcoming, and efficient for users of all backgrounds. The final outcome significantly streamlined navigation and brought clarity to the user interface.
